Poor Stay
Poor service by staff :- 1) The room wasn't clean at the time 2) delay for in room orders (eg:- water bottle) 3) late responses from reception 4) no breakfast call in morning 5) no staff at the time of check out for carrying luggage

The hotel is located within a Mall, so makes grabbing a bite very easy. But; When I first entered the room on the check-in day, I was shocked to see the room uncleaned, there was hair everywhere, the bedsheet had dirt marks all over on it, and the furniture, eg, desk chair or even AC’s remote control was living it’s last life. I mostly stayed in Lemon tree during all my trips and I was shocked that he brand ‘Lemon-Tree’ was not looked after. Although, after raising the concern and complaint to the hotel; the manager made a video of the room and the house keeping head was called. They then, cleaned our room meticulously and gave us all the amenities the match the Lemon tree standard. So even though the journey started in a sour note, it did end on a completely comfortable note.
