I recently stayed at a hotel that looked quite nice and comfortable at first. The rooms were clean, and the overall environment was pleasant. However, the service was disappointing. There was only one serving staff for all the guests, which made everything very slow. The staff seemed lazy and uninterested in attending to the needs of customers. On one of the days, we didn’t even receive our breakfast, which was really frustrating. Although the hotel itself was good, the poor service completely affected the overall experience. They seriously need to improve their staffing and customer service to match the quality of the hotel.

Don't stay if you are visiting by your and looking for a bar at hot

The hotel room was good but they don't have proper parking and they will make you park in the public road at your risk.Even after several reminders and requests they will keep procrastinating your parking request intentionally.They don't have a bar as mentioned for the hotel .The room is pretty spacious and clean. Breakfast is served after a long wait as they don't have proper staff strength.Location is good.

Great option for a short stay in the old city

I’ll talk about the pros first. 1. The location is very central, closer to all main attractions one has to visit. 2. They have a cafe by the name crave o & we had dinner here which was very good. It is a beautiful terrace cafe with the lake view. I would say the best in this area. 3. The hotel is newly constructed and hence neat & pretty, rooms also look pretty decent. Some cons now. 1. The cab drivers refused the ride to drop us to this hotel and we had to take an auto which dropped us a little before the hotel entrance since the hotel is on a steep slant. 2. There was an odd smell in the washroom which wasn’t going away inspite of the exhaust fan & room freshener. 3. The breakfast had very limited options. However the server attending us was very courteous.

Terrible hygiene and poor attitude of the staff makes it the least place to stay. Room had AC leaking issue and despite notifying multiple times no one got it fixed. The washroom was dirty and room was not ready even at 2:30 PM. Entire night Tapori gang played music and created ruckus after consuming booze. We were charged for food we didn’t consume and bill got corrected only after notifying. We ordered food which didn’t arrive at all and despite asking the bearded guy of getting it delivered nothing happened. They ask for reviews only from people who are present in their live music event because they know rest of the people will write an honest review of the sad state of affairs. Check their negative reviews and see their response on it and you will get to know how serious they are in running this business. They call it a Hostel but it’s a jail

The property is very clean, great accessories and great staff as well. This is a newly built property with owner putting his soul in the property while making. Rooms are spacious and have amazing bathroom fittings. The roof top has direct view of the fountain and the lake and the food is also very amazing as per the rates. You will find the rate very genuine as compared to nearest properties which are all old construction
