The two contact numbers provided in my confirmation were unanswered for over two hours, and the Google Maps location was incorrect. I spent a lot of time and fuel trying to find the place, which was quite . The room lacked basic amenities such as a telephone, refrigerator, hair dryer, and kettle — things one would expect at this price point. There were no shower gels or essential toiletries like a razor or comb either. The swimming pool was not well maintained, and the parking space felt tricky, risky, and congested. On top of that, guests are asked to pay deposit upon arrival — something that should be clearly mentioned beforehand. Overall, while the property is aesthetically pleasing, the experience was disappointing and not value for money. With better management, clearer communication, and improved guest services, Rang Haveli could become a great stay option in the future.

Since it was Diwali cab was not allowed in that lane so we had to walk but the stay was pretty good. Very pretty and classy rooms and the caretaker was also very assisting
