The worst hotel I have ever stayed
family with 2 kidsI had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place was not going to meet even the most basic expectations. The owner's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my stay. It was as though they had no regard for customer service, and their terrible attitude set the tone for the entire experience. The hygiene standards were abysmal, to say the least. The room was filthy, with dust and grime everywhere, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state. It was evident that proper cleaning had not been done in a long time, and it felt unhygienic just to be in the room. I was hesitant to touch anything and felt like I had to sanitize my hands constantly. Overall, this hotel was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere, as it was not only a waste of money but also a distressing experience. The lack of hospitality, poor hygiene, and subpar food made it clear that the management does not care about their guests’ well-being or satisfaction. Stay away if you value your time, money, and health.

Average Stay
The service by staff was good. They picked up from railway station. The washroom was stinging. They didn’t provided any drinking water. Even one bottle which they gave later they charged it from us.

Nice stay at hotel ! location was excellent in nature with view of hills and lake. Staff were very supportive and prompt response. Food: breakfast was hygiene and good taste hot water facility was available 24 hours. Got scooty on rent facility from hotel only. Must recommend for stay overall experience was excellent

Not as great there was no no slippers no bath wrap safe was not working no dental kit no reading lamp no toilet paper no newspaper no mini bar experience was great but services mentioned was not as fulfilled

Worst experience
Property is not as shown in photos. There's no lake view room. Lake is visible in a distant view, can't even see that properly. Somewhat visible from terrace though. There's no valley view either. Pool water was muddy and not usable. It's just to mention that it's there unhygienic food preparation. Hair strand found in curry. Waiter and help makes fun of customers in high pitch voice which you can easily overhear. Veg and non-veg prepared together, felt better to skip the breakfast. Lobby walls stained, you won't even feel that you have arrived in a hotel. Not recommended at all.
