Hotel Lake Bridge

Very poor service, no parking no supply of drinking water, restaurant and other facilities are also very bad

The stay was decent overall. The rooms aren’t very spacious, and the bathroom cleanliness was just average. However, the location is a big plus t’s very close to the walking bridge, making it convenient to reach the opposite side of Lake Pichola. Good for a short stay, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and comfort.

Hotel room was very small and washroom was also very very small. Room was stinking all the time.No restaurant is available in the hotel.

Staff was courteous, rooms were pleasantly clean and comfortable, very nicely maintained, also the rooftop restaurant was a surprise, very good for the dinner, only concern is parking is outside in a government parking lot, which is safe but chargeable.

The hotel seems to be a new property. Excellent location. But the rooms is so small that if you open one trolley bag then you hardly have any space to move around the room. They didn’t provide the towels, hot water kettle, tea bag etc which are bare minimum requirements in winter season. When we specifically asked for towels they reluctantly gave. Next day, when we asked them to clean the room and change the towels they said that it’s not possible to change the towel everyday. We need to adjust. So, they are clearly not ready to host a large number of customers during the rush.

Very small room location near to main points

The. Rooms are good, restaurant is also very good, and the location is also excellent.

The rooms were very small, there was hardly any space to put an additional mattress. The rooms weren’t airy. Further the washrooms were extremely small. The exhaust fan wasn’t working and it made the washrooms stink.

Helpful staff, comfortable stay!

The best think about this hotel is it’s location, every tourist place is at walking distance from this hotel, super clean hotel, newly constructed, staff is very welcoming, my experience was wonderful they upgraded my hotel room from standard to delux without asking for that (depends on availability, they even provided two wheelers for sightseeing and gives you local insight, must visited place

I had read about this hotel after seeing it on make my trip. We planned to book this hotel after seeing its good rating on google.

The hotel is very goodddd. Wonderful experience! the manager here is also very helpful, i called at 4 o'clock in the night but he still received the call and i highly recommend everyone to book this hotel. And the owner is good person.

Clean room, excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, what else do you need? will definitely come again to this place.
