reasonable price and room space is okay for a couple and a decent place

neat and clean room...nice stay

Service was very good the manager is also friendly and also helped us in arranging cab.

Pros: very nice behavior of the host. Cons: cupboards locks didnt didnt work, they dont even close properly. Where are we supposed to keep our imp stuff? no watchman or security.

Good budget hotel. Clean, comfortable & spacious rooms. Walking distance for miot hospital and near dlf it parkand trade center and airport and ect. Good restaurants and super market are availabe nearby, walking distance only. Mr. Sibi is carrying the all things for visitors

Room is spacious, neat and clean. Good value for money option with good access to city. It is not on the main road and you have to travel slightly inside. Bathroom is clean but it can be improved as we found some stains. Overall good package for the price we pay.

Rooms are neat and tidy, but the location is bit interior. Staff is responsive and appreciate him as he has waited till 12midnight as i checked in late

We are faced with what was, when we were going to that place, the road conditions had the worst due to work. Some cab drivers are thinking about coming to that place. I booked the hotel 3 days ago from the check in date. But, they said "you and someone were booked at the same time, so, if you have come first, that room will be give to you" so, you will call the hotel receptionist after you were to book the hotel for confirmation.

Located in a residential environment, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The service staff and owner are helpful and approachable. I would recommend kb s homes if you are looking for a stay around manappam and nandabakkam

Excellent property, photos are same like it has been listed. Clean neat and good location. 5 mins one can reach mai road and its heart of city to travel. Care taker is there 24*7 for our requirements and host is nice person as well. Property is well maintained gated and safe. Felt like home and extended my stay
