Good and silent place, staff also good but one door from my room to other room is there it's locked but feel some privacy issues when both rooms are occupied

We had a pleasant stay in this property which is surrounded by lush greenery. The property doesn't have any restuarant, but the host is a very nice person who provided us with a bed coffee at 5am.

I stayed in a non ac room. The look of the room is very old, the bedsheet has holes in it. The blanket provided was not up to the standard. Only one towel was provided. Half litre water bottle given. The bathroom was clean, hot water was available. Outside of the room lots of greenery.

Basic property, little far from the beach so not walkable. Hot water issue, power issue, fridge not working, charged 14k for 1 room a night and no breakfast also included. Very expensive but with minimal facilities.

Very average place. Bit pricier at 6k and no complimentary food. Even charging for water bottles and tea. Rooms are clean but very small. Location is not so near to beach. Overall average experience for the price paid

It is a very pleasant well maintained place to stay. Near to railway station and varkala cliff. Clean silent place pleasent stay

Wifi was not available, otherwise our stay was comfortable. Service was good. Okay

The stay and the room was quite nice, as they have mentioned all the amenities were working properly and were quite good except the tv, actually the tv was not even working. Remaining everything was good, the room, the stay and the ambience was quite appealing.

Rooms were not cleaned properly and the owner was so rude and behaves he owned the whole varkala and he charged us extra 750rs unnecessarily

We had best stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean and outside atmosphere is well and good. It's near to railway station and bus stations around 2km.
