To begin with, the property was difficult to locate as it is situated away from the main road. Upon arrival, there was no staff present to welcome us—we had to call for assistance, which was quite inconvenient and reflected poor hospitality.
As soon as we entered the room, we were immediately uncomfortable. There were multiple lizards on the curtains, ants on the bed, and even a squirrel hiding behind the drapes. The washroom also had visible worms. Given the unhygienic and unsettling conditions, we left within 5–10 minutes and booked another hotel.
When we requested a refund, it was denied. This experience felt misleading, as the actual condition of the property was nowhere near what was portrayed. We strongly advise future guests to be cautious and not be swayed by the property’s outer appearance alone.
