Review Of Karma Kastle Near Bakthang Falls

First of all, when I entered the house, my experience was very bad. There was a foul, musty smell. I'm talking about room fresheners But even after using room freshener, the bad smell didn't go away. And everything from the bed cover to the towel curtain was dirty !! This is the worst experience of my life. This is not what you would expect from Make My Trip.

Hotel needs to be maintained better, pillows are old, flat, mouldy and dirty, room curtains are very dirty, washroom wasn't clean well, stains on the commode, hair everywhere, washbasin not clean, room windows dirty. Guest experience can be much better if all this is seen to. Asish was a good host. 🙏

Homely cozy environment. Asish, the host is very helpful and an amazing person. Totally enjoyed my stay which was a mix of both work and exploring. Network is good enough for working peacefully and Teenchuli trek at 9000ft will always be a memorable experience. Highly recommended. And you will find home cooked food :)
