bad service..... avarage rooms .........

the property is located at a convenient proximity to the metro station, Majestic bus stand and Gandhinagar market. The service here is excellent with an understanding staff. Since it's likely that the the premise has recently been renovated, washrooms and beds are clean and well maintained. Only, we would prefer a a little more spacious room. But for the price we paid, the stay was more than worth the money.

pillow cover was torned full dusty and tv only news channel in kannada language and very noisy area.

Kapila residency is good one in compared another hotels and residency it's atmosphere was so nice so humble. Rooms service and tv and cleaning is beautiful. I am staying bangalore is 4 th time it's better than other room service and rooms gud one in bangalore. Price it's gud worth for staying this residency totally kapilla was simply superb. Thankyou.

Stayed one day with my family. My experience is horrible. Bed sheets were not cleaned and stained. Pillow covers were not clean.Used bed sheets and pillow covers were provided. Condition of buckets in the bathroom were very very bad and dirty. Layer of plastic were coming out from the bucket. I recommend everyone not to stay in this hotel.

Stay was bad. Old bedsheets were not changed. Pillow covers were dirty. Bathroom bucket was in a very bad condition. Telephone was not working in room no 217. Behaviour of staffs were also rude. No cloth hanger was provided, when asked to provide, they refused to provide. In the early morning, on the ground floor people were shouting, even we could not sleep properly. Almirah and dressing table were not cleaned. Ok pl don't recommend this hotel.

Actually the stay was good rooms are also good but the main problem is with parking. I was in my car and there's no parking and i parked around 700mtrs forward

Kapila residency is one off the worst experience because they all rooms are very ditty everywhere stain linen also too dirty service not good and everywhere cockroach and sticky stains so. Bad experience

I requesting to mm t marketing team who refferd to list in to mmt. Must visit n stay in that hotel along with wife mother father n chaild below 1 years to enjoy n have experience. Enjoy with dusty weather without wifi ents in bed n pillow n dirty blanket. Mmt u must fallow ethical standards coz paid amt is non refundable n whole 2 days n night bad experience. I strongly suggesting to viewers don't take this kind of risks choosing this hotel.
