Great location, calm environment, clean , well maintained, well trained staff, Very good restaurant .

While the ambience of the area was pleasant, the quality of food and services offered did not justify the price. There was no Wi-Fi available throughout the stay, and the equipment provided for the amenities was outdated. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations and did not compare well with other hotels of similar type and reputation.Somewhat exaggerated in its appeal and excessively costly.

Kalathil Resort is just a short ride from kochi which makes it a good choice. Kids can enjoy the pool ,turf, boating and other activities. They could however improve the maintanence of the pool. Food is generally good .breakfast was really nice.thanks for the hospitality.

Had a terrible experience. Very rude behaviour by reception staff and poor maintenance. Rooms are not clean. Certainly will not recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay with very hospitable staff and peaceful place with good food

The ambience is perfect for a family/friends getogther. Food was excellent with many varieties of veg and non veg dishes. Staff was nice and polite. Overall loved the experience.

We really enjoyed one night two days stay at the resort. They have excellent boating within resort. We also enjoyed the boat ride in the big lake. They showed us aleppo, ernakulam and vaikom. Lunch and breakfast thoroughly enjoyed

The staffs were helping and supportive. But the rooms provided to us was not maintained well. And the gheyser was not working. The swimming pool was not clean. There were insects and other objects floating in the water.

Could do better with the rooms.

Just you be surrounded by water in this places the rooms are so near to the water body everything is clean at this place

The place and foundation of resort is extraordinary but the hospitality is bad and room is not well cleaned.

Stayed for a day. It’s worth the price we pay for. Buffet breakfast could ve been better. Good place for a single day.

It's worth visiting. Facilities are just good. Don't expect anything extraordinary. However the location is just epic. Boating facilities available. House boat n shikkara trips available for a payment definitely worth a visit

The place is a perfect place for family getaway for few days. It has all those things which you expect from a Resort in Kerala starting from boating, indoor and outdoor games, swimming pool, cycles etc.

We had a good hospitality from the Resort and nice neat and good location place.

Room not upto the mark needed to upgrade.
