The room was clean & tidy with excellent bedding. They don't have facility of providing food which was a major issue. No wifi or TV connection was provided by the hotel although it was very much mentioned in the Amenities. Make my Trip should provide correct information to the customer so that one could choose a right hotel as per their requirement.

No service at all in hotel. No restaurant. No water bottles in room. No electric kettle. In morning asked for dental kit and they charged us for it.

Food was not good and after complaining they were not took any action and saying that will provide good food at next time when you visit.

Room n food was good but many things like ac remote, fresh air fan, electric kettle were non working

Hotel is situated in main city of haldwani. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is also good. Best place to stay in haldwani city. Restaurant is also there on the 5th floor.

This place is in the mains of haldwani with nainital road and all the main cafes and restaurants being at just 10 min drive. Also the hills view from window is mesmerising to see. The rooms are spacious, cleanliness superb. We really loved our stay here!

Hotel staff was good, good food, manager named Saurabh was very cooperative and caring.

Geyser was not working provided used bathroom instead when complained, on request hot water didn't provided, breakfast not good

Had breakfast in morning. Went out for work. Came back and utensils of breakfast were still available in room. Asked room cleaning boy to clean my room, he said he'll come up in a while but he didn't came. Asked receptionist to send someone to come and clean my room, no one came. Went down and then asked them if my room would be cleaned up or not, then got my room cleaned.

All were ok, but breakfast served in cold condition, necessary to improve food quality also.

K-11 is actually situated in the midst of the bustling city of Haldwani. And while it is very much in the city, you don't feel the chaos and unnecessary noise as it is very well located in by lanes of the urban part of Haldwani. It is a stone throw away from the lively market place on the main Nainital road. In-house food is sumptuous and lip-smacking. But just a caution if you want to order mutton and fish, inform the staff in advance. We ordered chicken Masala and the taste is still on our taste buds. There is a well-appointed, very chic convenience store in the basement to take care of your sundry needs, which you tend to forget on regular road trips or vacations otherwise. The best part is the rooftop, open-seating restaurant. It gives bird's eye view of the city and is a treat in itself Overall staff is well mannered and friendly. The only limitation, if I were to point out is the limitation of a single meal in otherwise complimentary breakfast. Kind of turns you off. But it's ok if the overall experience is fine.
