The staff was so welcoming, and they took great care of my family. I would surely come to visit again by mid september maybe.

This is not a Hotel Residential House Broken Glass inside room Teared Towel Teared Bedsheet Vomited Bed sheet Full of smell in room and entire property Single home maid is running the show Such rooms should cost below Rs.500 and might be useful for driver or servant stay

Mr Mehrotra Since you did not stay with Us but your Guests did; you seem to be judging by listening to just one side of the story. Infact our humble approach was taken granted for & did not match or vibe, with their aggressive attitude & foul language. They seeked an upgradation of Rooms forcibly & when denied ; the above review was their only resort as a retaliation. Tarnishing one's image on social platforms shows their moral values. Yet we stand Stout & Tall for our Hospitality Regards Team Solitude
Terrible Stay
Property is good and situated in heart of the town but doesn't have proper restaurant for meals you have to depend on swiggy or zomato which staff prefers secondly only one staff is on duty and that too heavily drunk owner himself is the accountant who gives food bill which they order from zomato/swiggy and as he was not available they didn't gave bill i think they should work on staff issue seriously

Poor Stay
The room is booked was business room. The room was a tiny super small size, i have ever stayed in. It’s suffocating size. The bathroom had strange pungent smell. So small. I do not know how they call it a business room? its even not a room. As soon as, we checked in the hotel, owner asked us to upgrade the room with additional 1000 rs as its a basic room? When i saw the room, it was so tiny and suffocating. No cupboard to keep your things. Just enter in the room and sit on bed. No place to walk in. No window, no ventilation. Pigeon hole it was! anyway. We had to spend just the night and we checked out as early as possible. Cant say about kitchen and good as i dint had anything in hotel.

Firstly, the false allegations of price disparity is Unwelcome. Such negative review is basically a retaliation; for disapproving an Upgradation of your Room; free of cost. It's an eye-opener to team Solitude which excels in hospitality & cleanliness. All the Rooms, their Sizes & Amenities are well mentioned ; & were shown to you as proof.
Terrible Stay
I booked executive room but the hotel staff provided me an ordinary room saying "we have only this room which you booked" after having some conversation with the staff, it was informed by them that if some extra charges will be paid then they can manage to provide me the executive room which i booked earlier.

Firstly, the false allegations of Room Category Disparity is Unwelcome. Secondly, Our Hotel Guest register ; itself ; is a proof that you stayed in an Executive Room only; that too; WITHOUT paying EXTRA for the 3rd person (₹999). You had booked for 2 people Only. Our hospitality & cooperation has been taken granted for & We regret facing such Criticism.

Excellent Stay
Stay at solitude haldwani was money well spent. Exceptionally done rooms & spotlessly clean property. Access to cafeteria for meals was relaxing. Enjoyed a walk on the terrace. Host along-with the staff are respectful & supportive. Definitely to be visited again.

Was advised by my vendor as it's situated along the main nainital road
As the name suggests, solitude was one worthy experience of comfort, tranquility & hospitality all clubbed in one. Wondering how it's so well versed, so tidy & apt ; that too; in a place like haldwani.

Mr. Vaibhav ,The audacity of Power Failure is solely at the discreet of the Electricity Board & has nothing to do with SOLITUDE. In fact Our property is equipped with 82 KVA Automatic Genset which starts off with seconds. Well, as for the Rooms, you were nestled in accordance to the category you had booked which; undoubtedly ; are one of the best in town.

Mr Goel, SOLITUDE stands stout & tall with its affirmations of Cleanliness, Hygiene & upteem modern Facilities. Lenin is not just sent across for laundry but is sanitized too ,before making up to the room. Fooding is available with a set Menu placed alongwith in each room. Soliciting the staff is unwelcome which gives a feel of NON-COOPERATION.

Average Stay
Had a few issues during the stay. 1. Toilet flush drainage not working properly. This is the second time we faced this problem during our stay. 2. There was a pungent smell in one of the rooms. Also advised the same to the receptionist. Basic amenities items were missing in one of the rooms.
