They don't have any restaurant service, clean bed sheet not available as per property manager all bed sheet was going to laundry. Geyser not working ,water supply is not available. Total bad experience.

Worst experience for a 3* hotel 1.Out of 5 electric sockets only one was working 2.Out of 6 Lights only 2 were working 3.Geyser wire was damaged 4.All the water was coming from the bathroom to the room whenever it was used the early morning there was no water in any of the taps.After calling the staff on there phone water supply came after approx 30mins 6.Telephone receiver was kept in the cupboard without any connection

Worst experience ever. Request MMT to please remove this property from you list. We Trust on MMT and we get our time and plans ruined. Not better staff, no facility of water , we didn't receive a cup of tea in the morning. And No water in bathroom in morning time

I had to visit Haldwani for business purpose from 1st to 3rd June. I booked this hotel, was busy the entire day. Got time to check in around 7:30 PM and within 40 minutes I left the hotel and went to some other hotel. It was difficult for me to even breathe as the room and the hotel was extremely filthy it had soiled bed sheets, smelly washrooms, dripping taps, water on bathroom floor, no soap and toiletries etc. etc. my suggestion is to never visit this hotel, it us so so so bad.
