The room was not cleaned and everything was a bedsheet towel Everything was full of stain,even the washroom was not working

Location of this Hotel is nice and very near to Damba Dunga Hills and Kathgodam. Staff behaviour was very polite & supportive. Regular cleaning is also a one of the key point. I want to mention one point that, hotel should maintained more hygiene in food & meal.
