This was a good place for a budget stay for a group. But access is around 1km away from the bus stop. Need own vehicle car or bike. Parking inside requires some good level parking skills. cos leading roads are narrow. Hygiene in kitchen and bathrooms were below average. Bathrooms definitely would prefer to be more cleaner. Overall a 3.5 for a budget stay for a group planning to get the whole apartment and having their own vehicle. Kappil beach is nearby but main Varkala beach and getting food is kind of difficult.

Excellent Stay
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, amenities were complete, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay

We had booked three AC rooms but only 2 AC rooms were available. This is a house with 4 small rooms with double bed where only 2 adults can sleep. The property is poorly maintained and no amenities. Regretting for booking this property. No power back up and no drinking water
