The property was very neat and clean.. Host was super friendly... it gave a homely vibes.. food was awesome. I would highly recommend this property..

it is absurd to call this place a resort or beach retreat. It is at best, a serviced apartment. The beach is about 200m away, there is absolutely nothing to do at the place, the rooms don't even have a TV. The rooms are of decent size, but you cannot even go for a walk at the facility. For the amenities provided, it is way too overpriced. i paid 20K for 2 rooms for 2 nights. But my family had enough after the first night itself and we checked out without staying for the second night. A complete waste of a long weekend and my money.

The property is near to Edava / Sree Eight Beach and it is really nice. The hospitality is also great and loved it so much.

We had a memorable stay at this property in Varkala. although it is a homestay rooms are personal and pretty comfortable. The cleanliness is astonishing and room interiors are nice and bright. Special mention for the staff at the hotel who are very attentive and helpful and they arranged for early breakfast as well on request as we had to check out early. Staff is very friendly and hospitable and needs a special shout out.
