Had a very bad experience. The room was poorly maintained – dirty and smelly with multiple stains on the bedsheets. Basic amenities like towel and soap were not provided, and even the fan wasn’t working properly. Despite all this, I was charged for such a terrible room. Extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness.

Poor service. upgraded to a/c but doesn't even work properly. A/c was barely cooling.

They don't provide any special amenities blankets are not provided Dustbins are not there in every room occasionally power cuts otherwise good experience
