Wrost experience ever I had , toilet flush leaking and tap is not working properly... room service was average only... in my room there was lot insects were there and hygiene was very bad

entire night power cutting and bathroom is not maintained flush not working water tap not working

This apartment is not couple friendly at all. Those who are travelling as a couple stay away.

It was a dream experience, since getting a 2bhk fully furnished apartment was our first experience. This coupled with courteous and friendly behaviour of the staffs added and extra dosage of premium experience. I will highly recommend this place for each and every family travelling in Varkala.

Excellent stay, it was very good and pleasant stay for us. It is very accessible to all beaches. Good parking space and secured with cc camera and bright lighting all night. They have bike for rental as well, very well maintained. Liked the grand ambience and greeting by staff. Kudos to staff member who helped me dropping at railway station and boarding my train in time.

Good experience for new travellers coming first time varkala. Stay with all amenities and facilities at prime location from all famous beaches in Varkala. Hotel staff also helped in all best possible way, if any help needed.

We had a pleasant experience with the customer service at grand residency. The location is excellent, being close to varkala cliff and other tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was quick and efficient. However, the stay could be improved by providing essentials like bath towels, floor rugs, and garbage bags. Overall, it was a nice stay. We are happy that we chose our stay with grand residency.

Easy to reach, good parking, just a short drive away from the cliff, spacious rooms and **the cleanest bathroom** among budget stays

location and room was good but there was no breakfast facility as the hotel is still under construction

We stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment, which was very clean and neat. The staff were also very cooperative. Highly recommended for families.
