Hotel without staff...charged around 3700...Hotel which is not taking booking...but Make My Trip cheated me on taking my money...No restaurant,Nobility wit actual paid amount,no hot water...and only one staff

The stay was friendly and comfortable. The food was good and tasted homely. Everything was lovely

It's a new property and the staff attended well. Manager vinoth was very helpful in arranging travels cab. There are certain hiccups and teething problems of this hotel. Frequent power cuts and non working of generator in one night caused lack of sleep for 2 to 3 hrs in the early hours. Staff in dining area were struggling on the week end with more people coming in. Staff need to be educated to handle things properly.

I requested for refund from makemytrip as i couldn't stay. I couldn't stay due to emergency

Very good d staff and very clean hotel well recommended for couples and family one negative wifi was not working

The overall experience was fantastic, the staff was extremely courteous especially the manager. The food was also standout. Would easily recommend to anyone visiting wayanad.
