The experiance was great. In that budget it is worth. Food is also good.

Overall not a good experience. Kettle for hot water was not provided. Unprofessional behaviour of the staff also added the unhappy stay. The air-conditioning was not working in the room. The staff advised us to change room at odd hours. Instead they should have checked and maintained it before the occupancy. I express unhappiness and request management to seriously look into the customer experience.

Property in good location with tasty food and other useful amenities like dental kit, shaving kit and other useful items. The service especially room service is very awesome

Property was nice. We arrived at approximately 1.30 pm, still the room was not ready. They have arranged one room for refreshing. Waited for one hour for getting our rooms. Restaurant service was very poor. We had lunch from the restaurant. Tables were not cleaned. Service was very poor. When we called room service no one was picking the phone. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had taken superior rooms.

It was the worst experience. I had booked two rooms for my family. From the moment we arrived, there was no electricity for hours. We had to eat at their restaurant in the dark and waited around 45 minutes at the reception for check-in. I had already informed them in the morning that we would be checking in late, but they still hadn’t arranged our rooms. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. We faced electricity issues throughout the night.

The experience was overall fine. The property is neat and in a good location. Only issues are food options are very limited in the restaurant. Inspite of repeated complaints we did not get hot water in the bathroom. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very caring and provided great service.

Awesome experience, the property is situated in a scenic area. Spacious rooms, good amenities. Room service is pretty good and situated near kottiyoor temple and kottiyoor wild life sanctuary

Good hotel very clean but no places to see around. Hotel staff very supportive, good amenities available, will be bit difficult to adjust to kerala food. Overall good

Mostly all electric connections were not working. Tv wasn’t working, some plugs wasn’t working. There no mats for bathroom. Bathroom was clean.

We enjoyed our stay with the family, though it was for a night, everything was very well maintained.

No 4 star facility, very poor, bath rooms water drynage systems very bad, this is only a bar hotel in kerala

The room was fantastic so as the food. The staffs are well mannered and they are always ready to serve.

I booked a superior delux room. The room was ok. But air conditioner in the room was spraying water and there was no cooling. So they changed our room to a delux room without any deduction in the money that we paid. Restaurant service was pathetic.
