High rates but AC double room not worth it. Poor room conditions

Booked AC double room. But the rooms were not worth of the rates taken. poor service by staffs, poor mattress provided, TV not working, poor amenities. AC was also not working while we reached the room. We had to wait for long time till AC got worked. Only the breakfast was good. But the rooms were not good as per the rates.

Par-is presidency is nearby thalassery railway station, 10 minutes drive. Good ambience. Good service. Stayed two nights. Found the bedsheet, quilt, pillow cover etc. Unclean on checking in and requested to change all and the staff did so. At night we noticed that the tv was not working. The next day the staff changed our room. I booked executive double room for stay hoping that both days/nights would be of great experience, comfortable in all aspects. Good room service. Restaurant offers good north indian cucines and south food. butter nana you can try. Management has to ensure that every thing is in order including bath room. My bath room got choked up mid our use.

soloVery good hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is amazing with the pier, fort, beach etc at a walking distance. 24 hrs hot water is available. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good with a kerala touch like puttu and appam on alternative days apart others.
