Hotel BKM International

Location - Fairly good Food - Breakfast had to be brought from a restaurant close by. The hotel restaurant was under maintenance. Time taken was quite high. Plates and spoons had to be requisitioned. Amenities - No handwash. no dryer in bathroom, no teabags or coffeebags with kettle. Room was okay with 2 TVs. Services - Expected better hospitality. Didn't match the regular 3/4 star hotels.

The facility was good. The restaurant was closed - although booked without breakfast . The parking facility is poor.

It was a very nice stay at BKM. Hotel room was very spacious,neat and tidy. Staff behaviour was very nice. Definitely i will recommend to my friends and colleagues.

My hotel stay was fantastic—spotless rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful ambiance. Great location, clean room, and smooth check-in made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The property was neat and clean. The room was spacious and amenities were good. The bathroom could have been cleaned better.But the lack of restaurant facility in the hotel is a problem.

As the name suggests, their hospitality truly feels international. We booked a Double Deluxe Room, which was very spacious and had a large mirror right in front. The room offered a nice city view, along with two single sofas and a small center table. Both the room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean and hygienic. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. The TV unexpectedly switched off during the night, but since we were already tired, we didn’t inform the staff. Complimentary bottled water was provided, and when we requested hot water, they promptly arranged a kettle for us. At the time of our stay, the hotel restaurant was temporarily closed, so we ordered food from outside, which was delivered to our room. I’m not sure if outside delivery will still be allowed once their restaurant reopens. The only minor issue we faced was with the iron box—it wasn’t heating properly. However, since we were in a hurry to catch our train, we didn’t get the chance to report this. Overall, no major negatives. A wonderful stay, and I’d definitely recommend it without a second thought.

Neat and clean hotel .It is very near to bus stand and railway station. Even though it is called international hotel but restaurant and service staff don’t know other than Malayalam language

Amazing stay in thalassery. receptionalist is not a good welcoming person. He is allways gloomy face.. hotel services are very good.

Our stay at BKM international was exceptional. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff members . It was clean with excellent service. AC , 24 hours hot water, TV.... what not...well equipped and comfortable rooms . we were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The stay was excellent. BKM is conveniently located just 500 meters from the new Thalassery bus stand. Although the front road is currently under renovation and the restaurant is temporarily closed, the overall experience was great. The amenities and services were top-notch. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help. As a 24/7 business hotel, it offers the flexibility to check in and out at any time, which is a huge plus. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place for both business and leisure travelers.

Super. One of the best in Thalassery. Best location, highly cooperative staff, neat and clean room. Everything is perfect.

The property is very good to stay and the room was very neat. But in the amenities they mentioned parking included, but when we went there was some road construction works going on so we were asked to park the car outside which is about 300meters away from the hotel. So each and every time we need to go and park and even for picking up the car we need to travel. They might have arranged some kind of valet parking. And also it was paid parking and we were asked to pay the amount for the parking. Even though it is very small amount, then they would have not included parking as an amenities in the list. And also I have come across some cockroaches in the bed as well in the room.. They can improve in this.

The hotel is clean and safe. Very good location and the staff are courteous and helpful. They extend our stay by half day for half day price and didn’t charge the whole day. I have been staying at this place for 3 or 4 times now

Centrally located hotel in Thalassery with bus and railway stations nearby, plus easy access to food and shopping spots.

The hotel is kept very neat and clean inside. The reception people are not at all pleasing. Complimentary breakfast was horrible. I got a small fried cockroach in dosa too. ( free non-veg 😁). Not supplying mineral water in the room, instead they gave me a water filled bottle… told me that it is from the water purifier !! Most horrible thing ( of course, not their fault) is that the entire road to the hotel was fully blocked and some dredging work was going on. The reception people didn’t mention a word about it, though I contacted them beforehand. I had to walk about 100 meters, carrying all my luggages to the hotel and back ….

Location i good.but room and toilet are small. they don't serve buffet breakfast and dinner.options are very less in food and taste is average
