Never again Jhansi hotel

Very customer unfriendly hotel right from the front desk staff to the managers. No consideration for guest requests. Awful idlis and stale sambar for breakfast. They just want you to pay and get out at 10 AM.

Hotel under renovation

The hotel is undergoing renovation in most of the rooms. Had been assigned a room which had strong moisture smell and disturbing sound from the nearby renovating rooms. Post complaining I received an option of upgrading however despite of their issues they still charged me for the upgrade which should have been waived off in such a case.

Food was good in restaurant. Room was not ok : A/C was noisy , Insects entered in large numbers during night. The electric door lock kept making irritating noise in the night

When I called to check the room availability, Hemant at the front desk declined availability, said they have no parking and when I asked me to connect to his manager, he said there is no one other than him who I could speak to. He was lying for no reason and acting smart for no reason. Everyone at the hotel has terrible attitude. Pls avoid.

The property is conveniently located in Jhansi with nice big rooms with modern amenities. The eye catch point is the garden outside the room which adds to the Hotels facilities. The food is very good gives the taste of true Bundelkhand cuisine!!

वैसे तो झांसी हमारा कार्यक्षेत्र रहा है हम लोग निर्माण विभाग में सर्विस करते समय झांसी शहर में करीब 10 साल रहे थे परंतु होटल में रहने का यह शुभ अवसर अब मिला था झांसी होटल की लोकेशन बहुत ही शानदार है इसमें पुरानी विरासत को संजो कर रखा गया हैl इसकी प्राचीन भव्यता देखते ही बनती है lइस बार के स्ट का मूल्यांकन किया जाए तो यह कहना होगा कि होटल का स्टाफ बहुत ही मिलनसार सेवा भाव से उत्प्रोत एवं तत्परता से कार्य करने वाला था l हमारे द्वारा फ्रंट रो में रूम देने की बात की गई थी जिसे उन्होंने सहर्ष स्वीकार कर लिया और front row में रूम दिया lरूम की सुविधा बहुत अच्छी थी इस प्रकार इस होटल का हमारा मूल्यांकन आउटस्टैंडिंग यानी एक्सीलेंट कहा जाता है l धन्यवाद
