There was a booking glitch through the app despite Makemytrip assuring that the problem will be solved the person at the front desk forced my relatives to take 4 rooms instead of two and when we had talked to them via call they assured to sort it but then at the desk they changed their response the name of the person at the front desk was Aavesh

the location of the property is good as it is at the centre of jhansi near elite chowraha. Food was atrocious. Staff at the restaurant were looking clueless regarding any request made to them. There were no bowels for soup. When I requested for one the staff never turned up with the bowel. I will never ever stay at this hotel owing to atrocious and tasteless food and poor staff service.

Amazing Stay
I recently stayed at Natraj Sarovar Portico in Jhansi and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome — their warmth and politeness truly stood out and added a personal touch to the stay. 🍽️ The food was consistently good, offering a satisfying variety that catered well to different tastes. 🛏️ The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly designed, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jhansi — whether for business or leisure. Looking forward to returning!

Decent Place to stay
The location is great, at the centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities. Good for solo travellers as well as the hotel feels safe. The food is average, so stick to the basics. During breakfast I had very confused staff who couldn’t get tea for 15 mins, but overall okay.

Good property/ Arrogant Staff/ Poor managemen
The hotel has potential and is well equipped however the staff here is not customer friendly. I would rather mention the experience Day 1 (06 Oct): As soon as I checked in the door was stuck and the maintenance staff decided to just keep ringing my bell and started the carpentry work when I was not even dressed. 07 Oct/ 08 Oct/ 09 Oct: There is an issue with the security staff here. Too much arrogance and nil parking management. "Oye" and "Tu" is how they like to address hotel guests. Complaint to the front desk and they decide to put a no parking board so that you can goto hell. No parking assistance is provided at the time of parking and all you get is a cold stare. But they will come to check you very promptly after you find a spot and park yourself. 07/ 08 Oct: No towels in the room, when you ask for one they tell you "khatam hai towel"/ there are no towels in the hotel. Then when you complain to the front desk the house keeping will get towels one by one every 5 mins as if they were buying them new just for me.

Good Stay
Location is good but the hotel needs to have proper sign boards on the road . For a first timer it’s difficult to find the place . I did not have any food as I was fasting so unable to comment . Amenities were good only the bathroom has only shower and no taps . The service needs to be improved probably they had shortage of staff . But the overall experience was Good . Will stay again and recommend it to others

ceap thinking when person spending 8 k a day asking to pay 250 buks
location in good ,food is good ,the people are not supporting the desk no proper cleaning, arrogant and cheap mentality they want to take money at any cost few things can ignored but last incidence make us uncomfortable and they are giving excuses for policy but no where mentioned when you are hurry to go no option you can't fight let them have fun with there issues ..I recommend not staying in the future... they lose one customer today

we had a pleasant stay at natraj sarovar portico, right from the arrival to our departure everything was superb, the service ,food, room, pool etc , we stayed there only for a day but had a great time there, the hotel is located in close vicinity of the jhansi fort, st. Judas church and railway station

Awesome Jhansi experience and stay-in natraj portico hotel
Room was clean. Staff were very cooperative. I asked for slippers and comb and got it instantly. Food I don't like much. Overall experience was good.
