I recently chose to stay at the Regenta Hotel in Jhansi, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite booking a room for two people, the amenities provided were almost nonexistent. The only thing we found in the room was a single dental kit—no soap, no comb, no slippers, nothing else at all. Basically, just that one tiny toothpaste kit for two guests. To add to the frustration, when I parked in the basement and tried to use the lift to reach my room, a staff member sitting there told me that this elevator was for staff only. If the elevator is supposedly staff-only, then why are guests being charged for full service? Eventually, when I complained at the reception, they said, “No, sir, you can use the lift, and no one should stop you.” . Overall, it was a pretty frustrating and inconvenient stay.

Good Stay
The first room offered to us was stinky and dirty, when we requested that it be changed, somebody kind upgraded us to a suite room which was on the 5th floor. While that was great, the club Molecule which is on the 6th floor is too noisy, it is crazy to have guest rooms so close to a night club which goes on the entire night. Otherwise the upgrade room was good and so was the breakfast.

pleasant stay
The property is near to railways station and easy to access, hotel was good but hospitality need to little bit increase, we asked for towel but the staff was not offered till the day end, also food quality little bit increase

Good Hotel and location
The rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was perfect, neat and clean. Hotel isnin centre of city and accesible to all near by places. Breakfast was also elaborate. Happy to stay

Very good stay
It was nice and pleasant stay, value for money accommodation, easy to reach with very good hospitality and nice and polite staff with great food quality.

Breakfast options are good. Wide varieties covering south, North, continental and health items. Comfortable room and right sized. The house keeping response shall be improved.
