Wrost staff behaviour I have ever seen

Hotel location is far from city and site is under construction... rooms are nice aservice is good

The hotel was under construction. They are primarily a water park and all the water of even the hotel is directed towards the water park so there was no water at night and neither it was available in the morning. My package included breakfast and I clearly made the booking for 4 people, 3 adults and one infant but when it came to breakfast, the hotel said that only two people will get served and not all will be covered. The staff was polite and the property was also good but they are new to the hospitality business and the staff was well undertrained.

newly built excellent rooms, food served is not good. needs very much improvement on food served.
