Good location, easily accessible. Food was also nice. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They packed breakfast for me in the morning 5 am which was very nice of them.

Great property at reasonable prices and strategic location

The location of the hotel was strategic , near to the railway station and on the bustling central road Civil Lines, the rooms were very clean , the staff was helpful, they customized the food as per Navratri and gave us an extended check out special request . Did not expect this in Jhansi ... pretty professional

electricity backup issue and room services.

Poor Room services and eletricity supply issue. Very small room. I check in around 7:45 PM. Room was not ready. They took another 1.5 hours to ready to room as per request. Although 3 guest were mentioned before hand. Then they gave wet bedsheet. Even upon repeated requests, towel was not provided
