HOTEL SHARMA PALACE

No one should go to this hotel even by mistake. No one has the manners to talk to anyone, nor do they give rooms without taking extra money, even if the hotel is booked online.

bad experience room is dirty and there is one mouse was there in the room. owner was also arrogent worst experience

The rooms were not clean with untidy beds. The bathroom had pan stains all over. The hotel was booked just to sleep at night and leave by morning but not worth the price charged. The hotel needs an upgrade or at least needs to be cleaned

there is no any handwash in bathroom and also wash basin tap is not working.... there is no hot water for bathing... room was smelling very bad... no drinking water in the room ...

Hotel room was good according to price and nice behaviour by staff.

Reception is fine. But washroom is not at all good. No ventilation for room.

Terrible experience. I was given a room in the basement and i am sure it was a staff or servant room. Full of mosquito and no proper ventilation. The washroom was horrible and dirty. No water from the shower tap and dirty bucket.

The bathroom isn’t good. They should do bathroom renovation. The door lock was also not in condition.

I have not stayed because, when i arrived they have offered me a non a/c room which was pre-occupied(r no 109) for 2 hours and said will shift you to (r no 111) after that, when i denied they showed me (r no 110) which was smelling badly. Then they showed me (r no on 3rd floor) which was also in bad condition while opening the room the manager/caretaker spared something from lizol bottle to freshen up, was not sufficient. So we decided not to stay and requested the customer care to make arrangements, the customer care officer said to call me back after discussing with senior and we waited for 1 hour and had to make self arrangements.

Near the intersection of intersections the elite has very good arrangements, it is clean, the nature of all the people is also very good, the best thing is that this elite is near the intersection, there is the best hotel and restaurant nearby.

I stayed in an ac room on 1st floor. It was clean. Toilet was okay but looked quite old. There was some chemical smell in the toilet but it was workable. Hotel does not have lift, staying on upper floors could be inconvenient for some people. But overall experience was okay.

Great room and hotel service but no lift facility no available in hotel.

This hotel has maintaince issues, the room is not clean, wires are exposed off electrical boards, ac doesn't work, and nobody is there to respond on on calls when you're facing issues in the hotel.

Sir, they were soft spoken, had safe parking facilities as well, but they can work upon sanitation, cleanliness and vantilation in their rooms, size of the room was great with dine in facilities avaliable in the room also
