quite an hopeless place. Poor staff, no hot water in the room, hardly any other guest, smelly restaurant. what more can go wrong. Interestingly not a single staff member apologised for any challenge, all they said pls write a review as you feel. Seems like management does not listen to them and none one of them has any commitment to the hotel. Even the executive Chef Ashish said pls write a review as you feel. Obviously a poor one

Stay was very comfortable. Property is new and spacious. Location is also good. Rooms are one of the biggest i have stayed in any hotel throughout India and abroad. Breakfast spread was thoughtfull and good in taste too. Asked for cloth Iron and immediately got one. Asked for additional water bottle and immediately got it. Some points of improvements though are 1) Water pressure and temperature fluctuation in running tap water. 2) AC and inroom fridge was not working effectively during my stay. Could not be rectified despite complaining.

Food was very good. Services and room are not good. Flush and jet does not work properly. Water was coming out of AC vent and they weren’t able to repair it

A Royal stay . The property is just 1 year old and rooms will provide you luxurious feeling with 55 inch Tv and cozy beds. The entrance to the property might confuse you but once you enter the property it is mind blowing. The lobby is like even the 5 stars would fail. The open grounds gives children a lot of room to play. The dining area is very well maintained. Excellent stay. The staff is very polite and hospitable. You would love the property in first visit.

The property is very good , beautiful and vast. But the access from highway to property is not so good. You have to cross a railway underpass to reach there and during rain it gets submerged and cannot cross. Very difficult to identify particularly during rain

Location of this hotel is very odd and far from key tourist area, hotel is mainly for weddings so not run by professionals. No activity for kids, no transportation. Extorting money in restaurant with unfair price.
