I checked in around 12 pm, the receptionist was so helpful and soft spoken. One of the HOTEL SHARMA PALACE people escorted us to the room, and left. The room was quite amazing, with a clean washroom. We even got complementary towels and soap from the HOTEL SHARMA PALACE's side! another perk of this HOTEL SHARMA PALACE is its restaurant. One can simply order anything from the menu and they will get it at your doorstep in 20 minutes. It was so feasible, and i'm happy with the services. Thanks

I stayed in an ac room on 1st floor. It was clean. Toilet was okay but looked quite old. There was some chemical smell in the toilet but it was workable. Hotel does not have lift, staying on upper floors could be inconvenient for some people. But overall experience was okay.
