Booked it as a last minute resort due to traffic situation while on my way to mahakumbh. Rooms are very basic without ac and had too many mosquitoes. No hot water provision in rooms, one has to go to ground floor to get hot water.

They couldn't give the facilities that were promised. They gave us a room on 3rd floor even though the other rooms were empty. Our room was not equipped with geyser, nor television. It was dirty and mattress and blankets had holes in them. The washroom was dirty too. Overall, the only thing good about this hotel was it location(ie elite four-way. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Average hotel with big size room and big porch. Bed sheet and bathroom was ok. As usual 3rd floor with defective bad, almirah, tv or flush tank shall be allocated to online booking travellers. Room service is poor, nobody will pick the phone when you ask for a cup of tea. Almirah inside the room was broken and wooden straps were affixed over it. Whole floor is found to have black stain due to poor quality water found at Jhansi. Good for nothing. Don't book online hotel at Jhansi surely you will get defective room with zero service.
