The bedsheet was torn, and not even a single bottle of mineral water was provided. For breakfast, there was only paratha—no sprouts or juice. The staff was unprofessional.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel location is good, neat and clean hotel. Following are the problems in the hotel: 1. TV is not working in room, I have complained but no one came to resolve. 2. There is no Wi-Fi range inside room in 3rd floor. 3. There is no fridge in the room but they mentioned in description. 4. Also They did not provide dental kit. 5. Towel looks old need to change them, 6. They did not give water bottle 7. There is no reading lamp 8. There is no toilet paper 9. There is no newspaper given

stay was comfortable, rooms where clean, bed sheet was bit old with towels to hard for use. checkin was smooth and restaurants food was good 😊

Hotel is in a very very pathetic condition. Food is so bad, no even can imagine. Staff are so rude. Please never come here and please issue my refund

Location is very good near saint judo shrine and railway station, staff is polite and overall service was excellent, we enjoyed staying in sunrise hotel
