Food is good easy approach good facilities

Poor room condition, very dim light, curtains not properly put, no dustbin, shower not working properly

shabby room, old dusty chairs old and damaged bathroom. lift not working overall shabby. old building and construction

It was not like a 3 star property. Food is very expensive, toiletries were not complete and up to the mark.

Good and hygienic stay the staff is good and well mannered

Hotel was not in good condition bedsheet were dirty any teared service was average room was dirty not upto mark very bad experience

Cleanliness in wash room can be improved. Extra towels and soap for additional occupant already booked and fresh toilet roll should be placed already without waiting for request. Electric cattle present in one room and missing in other room. Tea bags, milk and sugar not kept.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Food was tasty. Room was a great disappointment. Curtains and wall dirty and stained. Room telephone was not working.

I’m a local and we opted for this place to celebrate with my family and close friends. Now a decade ago, jhansi had only a couple of good restaurants and this used to be one of them. I have a lot of history with this hotel and hope to see them improve on their infrastructure. The time has advanced and we are living in a different era now. Therefore, strongly recommend upgrades in cleanliness and the entire vibe so that customers can feel welcomed and a sense of warmth. The food is pretty amazing and two of the servers i know they are brilliant. We agreed to do our gathering in the bar area but couple of conditions that the owner mentioned that it will be fully cleaned on the morning of and the place be prepped up for our function. However the place wasn’t fully cleaned up until 4pm and we had our evening start at 7pm so it was a bit stressful and the hall had cooling issues, our friends also brought up that issue. Overall, it was a pretty special night due to the reason why we are gathering together so we did have a lot of fun, indeed they did a great job with the food and it was even more enjoyable when we moved to their restaurant area from downstairs as the air conditioner in the restaurant actually works!

A hotel with great location within a couple of kms of almost everything. D hygiene is about okay, rooms a little cramped but passable, a below par restaurant with no great hygiene though d food was really good, not too expensive. Bathrooms were clean but a little cramped again for a hotel at this price point in a small town like jhansi. However great location, very safe even at night an important factor in these cities. Rickshaw, cabs available within minutes just outside d hotel. Wud i recommend this. For an overnight stay wud say it's okay, anything longer with family may not b a great idea unless budget a constraint. Wud say though that staff both at d reception& even bell boys are extremely helpful & ever willing to help out & service was fairly prompt. A decent one or max 2 day transit stay hotel.

Not worth recommendation. Dirty washroom. Very poor maintenance. Poor car parking

Poor heizine measure. No sanitization and not even temperature check on the arrival at hotel. Need renovations bathroom. Dirty pillows, i stayed in room no. 101 but later shirted in 105 as ac didn't work. Felthy smell from bath rooms coming out. Terrible stay. Didn't sleep well. Even when asked why didn't check my temperature and was its being checked every where that's why we didn't do it. This hotel didn't take any precautions in regards to covid-19.

Needs improvement in cleaning

Location is in central Jhansi. Otherwise facility is very poor

Nice stay at Hotel good food and good service

Good things are food and courteous staff. Food is very delicious. Not so good things are: Bathroom fittings not working properly (at least in the room that I stayed), TV cable connection is poor, old newspapers spread on the luggage rack looks shabby, room service time is not predictable (some times swift, sometimes slow).
