Review Of Janta Hotel

Very poor service . No dustbin,no geaser, Most importantly bed sheets are dirty

Review about Janta Hotel Ranchi I will give it a 3 star review. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Staffs are good in behaviour. But the rooms are very old. The washroom of 22 no room is especially awful. The AC temperature is controlled by the manager. They mentioned that they have hot water in the washroom but for the maximum time it's not working. Rooms have cockroaches. Bed linens are not clean, and smell awful.

There was an old staff sitting at the reception of Janta Hotel in Ranchi. He was very rude and greedy for money. The rooms are over priced and they demand a lot of money. And he does not even know what is online booking and how it is done. Find a better offline hotel than this. You will find many better and cheaper hotels than this hotel outside Ranchi Railway Station.

Property's location was 5 min walking distance from Ranchi station. Location was good . Food was also available.

Average to good hotel. It was clean and neat but there's no lift at all. The rooms even though clean is has black marks and spots on the wall. The bathroom I got was spacious with a gyser. The staff was really cooperative. I did not have food there tho. Excellent location. Very close to Ranchi Railway Station.

Overall everything are good, but food quality is not good, my personal suggest that quality of food try to better.

The staff was helpful and polite, and the breakfast was quite good. The room was clean overall, but it did not meet expectations due to a pest issue—there were numerous cockroaches, which suggests that fumigation is urgently needed. Addressing this would significantly improve the guest experience.

We found the Cockroach inside the room. A different kind of smell was there.No ventillation.Price charged was much higher. Staffs were cooperative.
