I stayed as MakeMyTrip recommended but hotel is good. Bed quility not good.AC is not working properly.AC remote not working.Bathroom is not in well condition.

I stayed at Jalsa Grand Hotel, Ranchi one day before yesterday and had a really pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ambience was calm and relaxing — perfect for a short or business trip. A special mention for Mukesh, one of the hotel staff members — his service was exceptional! He was polite, attentive, and made sure every small request was taken care of promptly. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality these days, and it truly made my stay memorable. Overall, Jalsa Grand Hotel offers great value for money with friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ranchi!

The worst ever experience. The hotel shows fake pictures and the situation is really bad inside. Please take this feedback seriously as this hotel is expensive with 3rd class services.

I checked in and even after paying entire amount I exited after 15 minutes it was a pathetic place and scary too. So horrible one couldn't even spend 1 hr there. Pls don't recommend anyone.

the property hotel jalsa grand do not have a lift facility , neither generator facility . the intercomm does not work . the beds and linen are untidy. the room itself is with half done repair patches . the room is very poorly lited. room service is at worst and no dinning or kitchen facility in the property . the room prices per night are exorbitantantly high with respect to the total facility available. images added👆

The photos what they showed had adjacent hotel photo included in their small building and photos of rooms what they shown is very elegant and rooms are old and not so clean and tidy

There was very foul smell coming from the washroom and there was no back up room provided, due to which all people had to live in same room.

Location is good but it's not worth for the amount i paid. It's low budget hotel mm t need to keep these hotels in the range of 500 -900 not more than that. No electric switches working in room, dirty towel, hygiene is not maintained.

The booking was easy and i the check in was easy too. The rooms were clear and i feel the deluxe room is just fine. Just if they can spread room perfume then that would be just amazing.
