Hotel O Prashant Villa

There was no water since night and when we called reception they said the motor is blown and it will take time to get it repaired, so we waited till 9am but repair did not happen. Terrible experience

The receptionist was ill mannered. Also the room was not good, bedsheet and pillow covers were not clean and even no water in the tap. Had to change the room. Poor state of affairs.

If you look at economy wise it's okaish. Ac does work properly. They don't have backup generator instead they had inverter. Food was overly charged and they include delivery charge as well. Which by the way is not mentioned in the details. Bathroom is very small. When i say very, it means extremely. Overall, i had worst experience

It was good airy room

The hotel is located very close to the airport and Hatia railway station, and easy to reach on auto/Ola. When we reached the hotel, the light in the bathroom was not working, so we had to switch to another room, which had a matchbox and two half-empty water bottles, so my guess was the room has not been cleaned properly after the previous guests left. The TV in the room did not work, and there was no water in the morning for more than one hour. The bed was comfortable though, and there were no mosquitoes, so we got a good night’s sleep.

No breakfast no tea and even after asking for it they are saying not available and even food from outside is not allowed. Yesterday i didn't get my breakfast and same is today also. It's like wasted my time and money by booking from make my trip. I am very sorry to say but i mean my words.

Please rectify the current price of the rooms as when i go for check in, the hotel management ask me to pay the extra amount of the rooms that i book mode by paying the amount shown. Otherwise the stay and room condition was good thank you

everything in the discription was lie and very poor service. everything provided was dirty and rooms were really unhygienic had very bad experience

When i checked in the hotel, i got a room where is no power available at charging points and ac was not functioning, after that i called receptionist and complained, that person sought-ed on me and have a rude behaviour. After that i ordered food and water. They gave me food in package without cutlery, when i asked for cutlery they gave me uncleaned cutlery and opened sealed water bottle. Also there was used towels and dirty blanket.

Booked this hotel for my driver to stay. I had booked hotel with breakfast, but didn't provide them breakfast. Their excuse was kitchen not working. If kitchen was nit working then why they and mm t charged for breakfast.

Good room setting. But need more facility. No inhouse kitchen. No food available as they committed

A "quiet" and hustle-free location, and a very attentive and polite group of staff. Overall a great place for a peaceful stay.

Location is good. Food they purchased from outside. Hygiene was poor. All walls were damped

I had a exam next morning at 7 am. And unfortunately i forgot to get my admit card print out. In the night i remember when all the shops were closed. Staff of the hotel got me the print out of my admit card in night. It was great saviour for me.

Hotel should focus on clienliness, toiletries were not available, linen was dirty, water bottle was not provided, ac not working properly

Location is inside colony. Just to spend days. Very peaceful area. No noice. Looks like an apartment from outside. Parking available food is poor. Service could be better.

Staff is very supportive and communicating with them was at ease

Ok stay, washroom was clean and spacious but room was very small, there was no kitchen so had to order food from outside. Service was poor as staff was not available.

All service very good and very helpful stuffs. No doubt tension free hotel. For everyone thank you.
