Amazing Ocean view and a pleasant stay in this property. We are a group of friends stayed , neatly maintained and beautiful lawn, from there you can access the beach, It looks like a Private beach feel. Having 3BHK room in this Villa, Caretaker is very courteous and having kitchen facilities too. Best place for weekdays and weekends outing and calm and quiet place.

If you are looking for a cozy and a silent getaway along the beach side then this would be a perfect spot. Definitely recommend.

The stay was very awesome. Property is very clean and nice. Its just opposite to the beach. We can got o beach in 20 feets. Room was very comfortable and cozy. Nobody disturbs the stay. Highly recommended place to stay in mahapalipuram.

This place is superb. We enjoyed the sea view from the balcony and from the room itself. The calm, quiet and peaceful environment is just magical.

Room is full of mosquitoes and the door of 1st room in ground floor is with no lock system.

The sea view is very good but no food is available there. Only one hotel is available there which is too costly. You have to call the caretaker over the phone as he is staying near that place. You have to stay lonely and no one is there at night time which is very unsafe if you are travel-ling with your family. Only boys trips are good. The water purifier and ac both were not working properly.

I found this property presentation is good so I booked this stay for 1 night stay keeping in mind if all good I can extend my stay. unfortunately we had a very bad experience including my wife n 10month kid. 1. No proper maintenance and care. 2. 95% time of ur stay care taker will not be around u have to call multiple times and wait for so long. 3. Amenities are very less as they mentioned 4. No power backup and during our stay almost no power for almost 10hrs. No Fan, No Ac at our beach view room. Then they will say, move to this room that room and half of ur time go into that. 5. They don't bother to care their guest, instead they r interested to take ur money at the time of booking this property. with bachelor's friends this is okay type stay but with family n and all this is not worth the price. Please plan carefully. No proper kitchen, refrigerator service. Nothing. Very disappointed and so I left this stay next day early, because there was no power and no caretaker to help. 😆
