This hotel is very conveniently located on pondy bazaar of Theagaraya nagar. I plan to rebook this hotel once again during my next Chennai travel.

Good Stay
Rooms are small, but clean. Stay was good, could have made more comfortable with bigger and convenient elevator access.

Decent stay.
Decent stay in a very well accessible locality. Rooms and washrooms are very small, each room can hold 2 people at max.

Average Stay
AC was not working & when complained little was worked out but of no use & also did not change the room. Customer service was not good. At the cost being charged it was too much. Mediocre hotel with no much amenities.

Not a good experience. They don’t have dental kits , no ac ,tv remote . Soap and shampoo bottle were empty. Staff is not helpful . Rooms are very small . Hygiene and cleanliness is okay

The Perfect One
Excellent positioning and the best maintained hotel to stay. staff are really really nice. Mr Vignesh, Rohit, Karthik etc...all of them are really great. Room and Bathroom are very well maintained.

My stay at Itsy Deluxe Inn, T.Nagar
The hotel is located at a prime location. The room was very neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast provided was also good & the services extended was outstanding.

Room was adequate for single person. The toilet in my hotel room was extremely cramped and uncomfortable to use. There was barely any space to move, making it very inconvenient.

BUDGET STAY @ SUPERB LOCATION
This property is situated at the best location in Chennai- Pondybazaar. Suitable for Business & Family travelers . Neat and clean rooms, superb ambience, flawless AC and courteous staff.

Mouldy stay
The reception area looks fine. They charge you 700 extra for early checkin. Once you go inside the room that's when everything starts. The rooms are filled with moulds and are damp. The rooms smells mouldy and damp. It'll take a while for you to get used to that smell. They keep spraying room freshnere everywhere but it doesn't help at all. Washrooms are too small. And if you reach the hotel early please pay extra and get the room. Because you think you'll use the common washroom but that's on the terrace and it's basically staff washroom. There is no proper dining room. They'll just put tables in the corridor and serve complimentary breakfast there. Apart from all these the location of the hotel is good. But I'd say same budget you can find better ones.
