Very difficult to get there with the car, very bad state hotel. Dirty falling apart. Miss advertising. No AC. View of the rocks. The room smelled like stinky feet. Was attatched to the laundry room. Horrible sound of washing machine. Also next to a stuff sink. So all day sounds of people spitting. The reception guy was not nice.

it was a very bad experince while staying there. Rooms were unhygienic, water weer drooping from roof. Bed sheets were dirty. staff were rude

The staff was kind and the place was great they helped us whenever needed and guided us the best places to visit in Sonmarg.

Very good property at a reasonable price, all the staff is very good. Tasty food.

I had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed.

Fireplace and jacuzzi not provided even though i paid for it

Well as this is my first trip to sonmarg and after lots of options for the hotel i found this one and i must say my choice for this hotel was superb. The behaviour of the staff was so cool they cooperated with us so nicely. While ordering the food they make a quick response and make the food quickly. The food was very nice mainly the veg pulao. Lastly i said if you are staying at this place i don't think you find any problem.

We are here at 5degree temperature but there are no hot water facilities in the room, unable to wash hands and body.

the hotel is very good it was a very quick checkin on the time is specially the staf was very good help us to unload our baggage and get to our rooms very quickly and one best thing I love about this hotel was it was near a glacier water river due to the river it feel like you are near nature and the sound of water makes you feel good because of river it was more cold just letting you know it's cold in the night. and at the night they have a night they have a bonfire and music and dance overall a very good experience by my side. and about the restaurant the food is very good like home and it is not very high it was reasonable we stayed for two nights and the bill was also very reasonable as compared to Srinagar overall happy with the hotel

The location is serene and magical amid-st mountains. You can enjoy the views staying in the hotel itself, perfect place for staycation lovers!

The rooms were clean. Food and service was good. The staff were well mannered too. Didn't face any problem staying there.

Surrounding of the hotel was bad also pictures shown was absolutely not what. Will not advice anyone

I booked premium room but it was so congested. Toilet size too small. No exhaust fan toilets. Breakfast 40 minutes late served
