I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Raipur. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff was very courteous and attentive throughout my visit. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The dining experience was also outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options. The breakfast buffet had a great spread and the service was prompt. The location is convenient, and the hotel’s ambiance makes it perfect for both business and leisure stays. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend Hyatt Raipur to anyone visiting the city.

Its a nice hotel with great vibes. The magneto mall is attached to this hotel which. Food is tasty plus the rooms are spacious. Must visit in Raipur.

Hotel Hukam lalit mahal is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco --friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. The hotel is situated at a location very close to airport and the environment is eco friendly. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent and of international standards. The amenities provided at the room was also up to the mark. The staff deployed at the restaurant are very much polite and well behaved. I wish to visit the property again.

Overall, the stay was good. However, I had specifically requested a smoking room while booking, but it was not provided. Additionally, the service was quite slow, which could be improved.

Breakfast was good but. Rooms are not up to the mark. Also the food for in room dining is very bad. need to improve food and a bit of fine tuning of rooms

I faced several issues during my stay. The door to my room had problems, and despite informing the authorities, the issue was never resolved. The breakfast was also disappointing in terms of variety, especially compared to the range of options usually offered at other Hyatt properties. Additionally, I had requested that my company’s name be included on the bill, but was told this could not be done since I booked through MakeMyTrip. I feel this could have been handled more helpfully, as it was an important requirement for me. I faced several issues during my stay. The hotel is spoiling Brand Name of Hyatt. The bathroom fixtures were pathetic…towels were dirty…all the rooms need immediate renovations…Terrace on 4th Floor near restuarant was so dirty..cement and colour outside the building are falling from the walls…Overall rating should be 3 star.

I had a really nice experience staying at Hyatt Raipur. The location is super convenient—right inside Magneto Mall—so shopping and food options were just a few steps away. The room was clean, spacious, and had a really cozy vibe. Loved the big windows and the city view. The bed was super comfy, and everything felt well taken care of. Breakfast was a treat—lots of variety and everything tasted fresh. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were warm, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Even though the hotel doesn’t have a pool, the overall vibe, comfort, and service totally made up for it. Would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Raipur—whether it’s for work or just a break.

It’s been always a wonderful experience staying at the Hyatt Raipur. Ideally located with delicious food, unmatched amenities and super staff makes it all the more special.

good location next to mall. the property is under renovation. no on-site parking. small lobby with minimal seating for guest. dint find any concierge. the property had some exhibition going on 12 July 25. onlyv3 lifts and being used by visitors to exhibition. guest had to wait long with luggage to get lifts . don't take room on 5th floor. it doesn't have lift . u have to access through 4th or 6th floor. poor management. had asked for non-smoking room prior to checking only. but was given a smoking room stinking badly with smoke. rooms at 5th floor r pathetic. small size badly designed wash area. basin n dressing area open to bedroom. not a good experience. not worth hyatt.
