disappointment with my recent stay at TRITON by Shyama Hotels & Resorts, Raipur (Chhattisgarh). My experience was far below expectations due to several serious issues:
At check-in, I was initially allotted Room 309, but shockingly, the same room was given to another guest as well.
The room had no towels, and despite multiple calls to housekeeping, no one answered.
I also called reception to request a pillow and towel, but no one came.
There was a cockroach in the room, indicating poor hygiene and maintenance.
When I ordered food, after waiting for around 20 minutes, the restaurant informed me that my choice of food was not available.
My car had to be parked nearly half a kilometer away from the hotel on the road, as no proper parking was available.
