rooms r so smelling not a single penny worth washrooms r so stinking all old no lift in hotel food is terrible no staff in hotel only two persons handling very old structure building entrance is very small only one person can enter they have mein 4 star category but this hotel is not in 1 star category my worst stay ever

Nice stay, management was also good.

The hotel is fine, the room was okay and the bathroom is good. However the geyser didn't work at all and some parts of the room are a bit old and need further cleaning up. The entrance to the hotel gets damp when it rains and can be cleaner. Overall it is a decent budget stay with pretty good breakfast (parathas). Allowing one to check in early without having to pay additional charges (as many travel from other cities and quickly need to leave for client office) makes the experience even better.

The hotel was nice but the staff slept on the floor during the night which was an awful view, also the entrance was quite deep and hard to find. Else the rooms were well furnished with all basic amenities covered.

Don’t get misled by the pictures, what you actually get is a dingy, shady, and unsafe place. The entire property smells, with dirty linen, unhygienic bathrooms, filthy corridors, and shabby rooms. The only saving grace is the staff, untrained but polite and genuinely trying their best within terrible circumstances. The biggest concern, however, is safety. Open wires, faulty lighting, and zero fire preparedness make this hotel a ticking time bomb. In case of a fire, there’s virtually no escape. It’s shocking how such a property is even allowed to operate. MakeMyTrip should immediately review and delist this hotel unless it meets basic safety and hygiene standards.

I had booked a room with 2 single beds and paid accordingly, but at the time of check-in I was told that the room I had reserved was not available, and they gave me a different room instead. Despite our late check-in at 2 PM, we still had to wait around 40 minutes as the room was not ready. The corridors were dusty with construction work going on, which made the environment uncomfortable. The hotel does not have its own restaurant... breakfast was delivered to the rooms and was quite average in quality. Also, please do not fall for the online pictures of this hotel, as the actual condition is very different from what is shown. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not match what was promised at the time of booking.

Checkout experience is really poor and pathetic. Very slow, non friendly, it took 50 min just for a simple check out. Despite waiting, there is no token system, no breakfast provided complimentary. Please remove such hotels from make my trip
