The stay, the cleanliness and facilities was of great experience. Only thing was lacking is the room service was slow.

I recently stayed at Clarks Inn Suites Raipur, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is delicious, and the breakfast buffet is impressive. The hotel has a fitness center, spa, and restaurant, which are great amenities. *Rating: 5/5* I highly recommend Clarks Inn Suites Raipur for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and great food. The staff is helpful, and the overall experience was top-notch. I'll definitely stay here again!

It’s easy to find property, front of the magneto. Great management of hotel.

Smell from Bedsheets & Towels. White Towel colour was almost brown and seems end of there life but still in use. Location is good but not worth at this price.

The rooms were ok, but they appeared old and had untidy walls. Food was pretty good.

Rooms were dirty and found cigarettes buds in non smoking rooms

Location was easily accessible and near to airport like 10-15 min drive . Food was tasty but quantity was so-so. Only downside was very slow room service which they blamed on the weekend Rush. Have stayed here previously as well but room service was fine that time so it might be true. The rooms could be a little more clean. Overall stay was satisfactory .

It was bad experience, at the time of check inn, front office executive told me that we don't accept cards, only UPI is acceptable here. While it is not mentioned at the time of booking. Even UPI payments they take, is on some another individual name. Insects are there in room, for this I have to call multiple times the housekeeping person. Very limited option in breakfast. I stayed in this hotel for four nights, On the day of checkout, reception guy(Durgesh) called me and told me to vacate the room by 10AM, When I requested for checkout at 12 the he talked very rudely and asked for rupees 1000 for that, I requested but he was adamant. I am regular traveler, almost every hotel considers this. Really it was very bad experience,

Card payment was not acceptable at Hotel. Receptionist was quite adamant and was giving unacceptable reasons for not accepting card payment. Being a corporate customer, I don’t recommend this property.

Good property for stay in Raipur near main area of Teli Banda and magneto malI food quality is also good, polite and humble staff👍🏻

The biggest put off was the check out time at 10 am.Which of course is my mistake that I didn't notice it while booking,But very unusual of a hotel which is not a five star,not even a 4 star to have such a check out time.Secondly there was just a wedding reception type guest chair covered with a brown cloth in front of the tea table .Looked very cheap.Service was good and food I did not taste.

The room were clean & nice the room actually felt really comfortable overall property was really good the staff could’ve been more polite but I highly recommend NOT to book the breakfast buffet extremely disappointing & like the dessert options were a joke

The room was suffocating It was also old and dirty The preference was on a higher floor, which they didn't gave me I asked to upgrade my room which they didn't They didn't also changed the room I paid for a room which looked like some oyo which will cost

Location wise it has easy access and availability of cabs. A few malls are also in the vicinity. The food is what I really likes - Bhati ka murg and dal tadka. Breakfast was ok. The rooms though need work.. had a musky smell till I switched the ac on. Service could have been slightly better
