Room was not as per phot and also not cleaned properly, TV was not working ,WiFi was not connected with TV and speed was very slow. Room service was very bad .food quality was very very poor.

First of all the Babylon capital hotel its heritage property 1.Good amenities 2.Good quality food 3 Clean & tidy room 4 Housekeeping staff co -operative 5 Hygienic food 6 Location nice 7 Front office desk nice support 8.Quality food 9.Reception Staff is supportive & co-operative 10.Food is really good but rates to be competative it's too high as compared To other 3/4 star hotels to be looked in once and to cut the rates Otherwise overall rating 5 Excellent

Located in the convenient area of Raipur city and is approx 20 mins from airport. Food is decent however breakfast is not impressive taste and spread wise. Room Service is fast and proactive. Amenities are ok however since the property is old there are signs of wear and tear. Rooms are usually big in size. Still will rate this property good given its location , service and room size.

This hotel needs complete renovation. Issues include water seepage, dirty old carpets, stained bed covers, poorly maintained washrooms, and subpar food quality. Given the condition, the charge seems very high.

First the Room was very specious, bad was cozy and comfortable, food at Bar was really good but below avarage breakfast with limited varities. Location was central and close to airport. toiletries were belo avarage and not at par with any standard hotel . overall good but not to justify the tariff.

Sure here is my review: The property I stayed at is Hotel Babylon Capital, Raipur. The hotel was good in terms of guest service, restaurant service and the location of the property was satisfactory too. The only issues I faced was lack of cleanliness in the washroom since there was leakage in the bathroom from an AC air duct, however upon requesting a new room the staff was very kind and helpful in arranging the same and addressing the problem. The second issue was the food specifically breakfast was not good, it could have been better. But overall my experience with the stay and service was good. Thank you

This property is excellent in all aspects right from ambience, cleanliness, food & room service. Highly professional approach from everyone including Front desk.
