Excellent Stay
The experience was quite nice, the service was excellent, everything was available. Without any delay all the proceedings were done. The staff was pretty cooperative and friendly.

Average Stay
Room and Breakfast was good but staffs seems to be very arrogant. Not that cooperative and not at all friendly.

A good property ideal for business travell
It's a lovely property. Staffs were very helpful. I arrived early - in fact quite early and requested for an early check in . The Front Office associate without any fuss allocated me a room within 15 mins - which was really appreciated. The staffs at their Coffee Shop were always on top of their shoes. Akash was super helpful. Thank you for all the services and it really was a great stay.

hotel rooms were clean and the checking process was smooth. this is really good hotel for business travel. the gym at the roof top was also very funtional and the breakfast spread was very good too. definitely recommended as preferred choice of stay in Raipur

Terrible Stay
Food is good, but room is worst, even bed is very uncomfortable, its headboard is of wood with no cushion in it. AC is not working, Price for ordinary food items is too high. For this price point it's having old fashioned room, it's washroom is too smelly and flush is not working, its exhaust fan is not working even its tap is leaking. so overall very poor room condition at all.

Food was average and the hotel room provided was just below the gym causing disturbance in sleep in the early morning. Moreover the central ac was not working properly and it was dirty too
