Poor Stay
Property’s location - is on a secondary road Food - had breakfast, spread is good with eggs, dosa and tea live counters. Juice was placed in glasses without covering - this aspect should be looked into Idli quality is poor The main issue with the property was that the main entrance and reception lobby had a breakdown and was not approachable, was closed. Had to take service lift from the basement to access the room and the restaurant. This really spoiled the whole experience. Had to entertain a few guests, couldn’t entertain in the reception lobby. This kind of shutdown should’ve been informed or compensated.

Lack of Attention to Guest Comfort
It is generally expected that hotel staff escort guests to their rooms and offer a brief overview of basic amenities like lighting, AC, and TV controls — a small gesture that enhances the guest experience. Unfortunately, that courtesy was missing during my stay, suggesting a lack of interest from hotel management. Another concern was that the hotel provides unpacked water without any packaging date, which raises questions about its safety. Meanwhile, they charge for packed bottled water separately. Overall, my experience was below average. There’s definite scope for improvement in hospitality and guest care.

it was very nice stay but in 4days of staying I faced one night very difficult due to disturbance of some teenage persons. whole night they were playing guiter and singing in loud voice. staffs also doesn't interfere to this activity. so please take care of this.
