It was the worst experience,the bathroom was even too terrible there taps were broken the shower wasnt working well neither they provided the 2 towels initially i asked the boy working there his age was not even too much he was young ,he should there wont be provided 2 towels , later after forcing him he gave one more also he was not very friendly, when I called him again he was upset that why are u calling again n again ,basically they need to work more on hospitality, in there requirements there was mentioned about basic facility of refrigerator but i could not see any.

Ok stay
Hotel didn't provided towel or hand soap and also taps are broken. Other than this, everything was ok and cool.

The hotel experience was worst the room was in very poor condition. I ask hotel receptionist for some basic stuffs but they refused.

Terrible Stay
Room was very small, dirty and smelly. The bed, towel, bathroom and even the walls of the room were dirty and not cleaned properly. The ac in the room did not work. Always a smell of cigarette flowed around the hotel. Only thing that was working is the heater. Rs1000 itself is huge for this room. We can understand rooms to be small and used. But it has to be clean before providing it to the guest. And it seemed that was the maximum cleanliness the hotel can maintain. Worst experience.

Room is very short, in photo they’ve showed a good image, but in reality it was something else, water is not coming maximum of the time, fan is also not rotating with a proper speed, no turkeys and soap provided.

Dear mr anubhav, greetings ! please note, room sizes are already mentioned in the booking site. Images updated are the actual mobile clicks. Regarding the water supply, you did not know how to turn on the water tap properly. Fan speed you might have kept slow. And towels and soaps were already there in the bathroom. According to our records, you checked in at the late evening time and then within half hour you left out whole night and then you came back in the morning 10am and checked out in some time.

Staff and atmshpr was really good only issue which i had faced was television connectivity and little traffic noise as it is close by to metro station and busy road

The location is not good, rooms are very small and not cleaned. The washroom is also too small.

Very poor bad and blankket
Location is good but the room are small and tv also proper not working or water problem also in the room bad sheet is smelly. And blakket is fata fata. Money waste

Horrible place
I booked the hotel at 2 am and visited the hotel at 4 am to check in. Not only was the hotel shutter down the door was locked and no one was at the reception. They made me wait for an hour when i eventually booked another hotel. They wasted my money by not checking me in as well as the property didn't have any one to contact. In the morning when i got in touch with some lady from the hotel. I asked her to modify my dates. Instead she blocked my number and checked me in without my permission. Never go to this hotel as a regular traveller i will never recommend this place.
