Review Of Hotel United Stay

Check experience was so terrible, I don’t have words to spell out. Rooms are unhygienic and dense cigarette smoke are found.

Food quality very worst quality. Breakfast quality is poor Location is okk Facilities are not ok

The workers & receptionist are not user friendly, I forget my Mobile charges they didn't called to inform me after I only collected that

At first we were hesitant to enter the hotel which was on the second floor,since it was after 11pm as our flight got delayed but after checking in. We were very impressed as the room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean sheet and the AC was so cool. It was raining heavily outside the hotel and they were so nice they went out to get our food three times as it took only 10 minutes for all orders to reach.

Good stay, nice location, good behaviour of staff and manager. Excellent stay. Happy to stay further future. Obviously recommend my near family and friends for this hotel. Location and convenience for anything is great in this hotel. Rooms are airy and nicely maintained.

Clean room with comfortable bed and ac working properly. Staff at reception was good. Lift not operating till the given floor and shower was not working.

Good location, simple hotel, value for money, nice staff. Though no pantry, but enough eateries nearby

The person at the front desk lacked customer service. He was rude and arrogant without any reason. People at the front desk should be polite and willing to work with customers from all parts of the country. He was in a hurry. Although the room attendent was far better than him. Room and washroom were clean. Room service was good. Location was good.

The staff is very welcoming and supportive. The checking in process was very swiftly done. The desk staff is well mannered and have good communication skills. No food provided. Clean and tidy room. Clean towels and tissues. On first day of stay, there was no water supply in hotel due to motor issue. Had difficulty in morning

Mosquitos in room, ac didn't work. Towel and bedsheets were not changed. Lift was till 2nd floor. And room on 3rd floor. 2nd day soap was not given

Cockroaches were all over the room. All taps in bathroom were rusted maybe because of the hard water of locality. Mosquito in vicinity as gazipur sewage canal is passing. Geyser plug was repaired but it sparked when started, so was not able to use on both days of stay. No tv, no wifi, no food only stay with ac room.
