Rude reception staff ..... also when we order food they come without cutlery etc and if we as they made faces ..... breakfast closes very fast

Pleasant stay and great hospitality and helping staffs. The locality mat not be close to famous attraction ls like Belue and Halebedu, but great stop by hotel for tiring Mangalore road trip

I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The check in experience was very poor the floors were wet, there were no towels in the bathroom, the room service was very poor, the tea served was cold, and when I requested for milk powder even after 1 hour they didn't deliver to the room and I myself had to go to the reception to collect the same. WORST STAY EVER

the pictures do not match the room they show something else give something else totally not worth the money

Leaking toilet and common switch for toilet light and exhaust fan, a big nuisance. A/c cooling very less. Overall uncomfortable stay.

We had been here with a family of 6 just for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean. Breakfast options could have been better. The property offers good value for the price paid.

Terrible stay, AC has not worked properly for 2 nights, there was power issue in the room, we were unable to sleep whole night, please don't recommend this kind of hotels.

The hotel is good and neat, but couple of things needs attention, food quality needs to be improved, faster response time in picking up food orders, soap dish not available in both the rooms I stayed. Secondly the property needs to take care of mosquitos in the rooms, had a terrible te to sleep.

The location was very good on the highway, check in at the reception happened in 2 minutes, the **** at the reception was very efficient, room was very spacious and clean with spacious toilet, i enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel, room service was very good, given a chance i would like to stay in this hotel in future also

Good place to stay, spacious room and good food available at the reasonable price. The best part of the hotel is the pool where you can chill for the long time.
